2. Patent
HELI has had 889 patents since 2000, of which 72 are patents for invention, 645 are patents for utility models, 172 are patents for design. HELI is the company with most patents in China industrial truck industry.
In order to carry out intellectual property strategy better, HELI has taken many management measures. Patent working group and legal affairs office have established and patent application, relative daily work, rights protection are done by specially-assigned person; intellectual property managing institutional system has been established including patent work managing system, confidentiality system, archives system, contract system and so on; improve enterprise intellectual property information management; intellectual incentive system has been put into effect.
3. Standardization
In international standardization aspect, HELI undertakes ISO/TC110/SC5 co-secretariat.
HELI has presided or participated in the development of 12 national standards and 5 industry Standard development number is the No.1 in the same industry. Through such standards development, HELI realizes the upgrading from product, patent to standard.
